  • We provide physiotherapy services and sell physical goods. This policy applies only to physical goods. We do not offer refunds physiotherapy services.

Shipping & Quality

  • In the event that we ship, we check all items before shipping to ensure quality.

Returns

  • Should we have shipped an item, if your item arrives damaged, inspect it immediately.

  • Contact us within 1 day of receiving it.

  • Include photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and your order number.

Resolution

  • We will arrange a replacement with our suppliers.

  • If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a refund for the damaged goods.

  • We do not accept returns if you change your mind or feel the item doesn’t meet your expectations.
